You see it before you commit
Every project is designed in 3D, with your materials and lighting, and viewed from inside the house. Changes cost nothing at this stage. After the gunite is shot, they cost a lot.

Why Ridge
A $150,000 backyard is one of the biggest projects you'll put into your home. Here's what you get when you build it with us.
Every project is designed in 3D, with your materials and lighting, and viewed from inside the house. Changes cost nothing at this stage. After the gunite is shot, they cost a lot.
Jesus Arias designs your backyard and stays involved through construction and startup. You won't be handed from a salesperson to a crew you've never met.
We publish our pricing, and every proposal spells out what's included, what isn't, the allowances and a payment schedule tied to completed work.
Steel-reinforced shells built for the site's soil, drainage planned around clay, and a schedule that's honest about rain.

How it works
A complimentary visit. We walk your yard, talk through how you want to use it, and set a realistic budget together.
You see the finished backyard in full 3D, with layout, materials and lighting, and we refine it until it's right.
A written scope, a set schedule and regular updates from permit and layout to startup.
Jesus Arias, our founder, is involved in every project from the first design meeting to startup.
Every build is permitted with your city and inspected at each stage, with HOA approval handled up front.
The person who designs your project is the person you call during the build.
Investment
$75,000+Where our projects begin
Every project is custom, so the investment depends on size, finishes and what's included. As a guide, a custom pool with quality finishes starts around $75,000, and most of the complete backyards we build fall between $100,000 and $200,000.
Where we build
We focus on a set of communities across Collin, Tarrant and Dallas counties so we can stay close to every job.
Questions
Our custom pools start at $75,000. Most of the complete backyards we build, with a pool, spa and outdoor living, fall between $100,000 and $200,000. Size, finishes, water features and what's built around the pool drive the final number. See our pricing guide for a full breakdown.
In dry summer weather, most pools take about 6 to 8 weeks of construction. Before that, design takes 1 to 2 weeks and permits usually take 1 to 3 weeks. Rain adds time, because we wait 2 to 3 days for the soil to dry before bringing machinery in. Full outdoor living projects run longer.
